These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through the webshop of BØCKRIDER (trade name

of the sole proprietorship). By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.

1. Seller Information

2. Products

BØCKRIDER offers both physical and digital products.

Physical products may include fine-art photography prints, printed apparel (such as shirts), and

other items related to image and sound.

Digital products may include Lightroom presets, downloadable files, and other creative tools.

Product specifications such as size, material, paper type, file format, or contents are clearly

stated on the product page.

Minor variations in color, contrast, texture, or appearance may occur due to production

processes, printing techniques, or screen differences. These variations are considered normal

and do not constitute defects.

3. Limited Editions

Certain products are offered as limited editions.

Limited edition prints may be numbered and/or signed if stated on the product page.

A limited edition will not be reproduced in the same size, paper type, or edition format once

sold out.

BØCKRIDER reserves the right to release the same image as a different print, using another

size, paper type, finish, or edition format, without violating the original limited edition.

4. Prices

All prices are listed in euros (€).

Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout.

BØCKRIDER reserves the right to change prices at any time without affecting existing orders.

5. Payment

Full payment is required before an order is processed or shipped.

Available payment methods are displayed in the webshop.

Orders may be cancelled automatically if payment is not completed.

6. Shipping

Physical products are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Orders are shipped within 14 business days after payment is received, unless stated otherwise.

Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier.

BØCKRIDER is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery.

7. Damage & Complaints

Customers must inspect their order immediately upon receipt.

Any damage, defects, or complaints must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery,

including clear photos of the packaging and product.

If a claim is approved, BØCKRIDER will provide a replacement or refund at its discretion.

8. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

Physical Products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to unique products or limited edition artworks, in

accordance with EU consumer law (custom-made or unique goods).

Standard physical products (such as printed shirts) may be returned within 14 days of receipt,

provided they are unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Digital Products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products (such as Lightroom presets or

downloads) once delivery has started, as these products are instantly accessible after purchase.

Returns or refunds are only accepted in cases of proven damage, defects, or technical issues not caused

by the customer.

9. Intellectual Property & Usage

All intellectual property rights related to physical and digital products remain the exclusive

property of BØCKRIDER.

Purchase of any product does not transfer copyright or usage rights.

Digital products are licensed for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, copied, or

used for commercial purposes.

Reproduction, distribution, publication, or commercial exploitation of any product or part

thereof without written permission is strictly prohibited.

10. Liability

BØCKRIDER is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the relevant order.

BØCKRIDER is not responsible for damage resulting from improper use, handling, or storage of

products.

11. Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to production issues, strikes, pandemics,

shipping disruptions, or governmental measures), BØCKRIDER reserves the right to suspend or

terminate the agreement without liability.

12. Governing Law

All agreements are governed by Dutch law.

Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
